Mark and Gordo flew in today. Gordo’s spending Boxing Day watching the cricket and we want Mark to come to Breakfest with us, but he doesn’t have a ticket. (That rhymes).

I just bought the East 17 album, Walthamstow.

It was released in 1992. Emma and Laura would not be impressed as these geezers were direct competition to Take That.

I have an athlete profile on the site and tomorrow morning I’ll be registering myself as the team-captain for The Frontier Group. I’ll be competing with my two future-brother-in-laws in March, so I need to start some training pretty soon, and I need to buy a bike. I think that’ll be my Xhristmas/birthday present that I’ll ask my family to donate towards.

The competition is a 400m swim, 10km bike ride and 4km run. The run and bike ride should be fine but the swim is going to kill me I think. Maybe I can wear my boardboarding fins?
