Lego cufflinks
I received a fantastic gift from Carrie today - a pair of Lego cufflinks.
Tomorrow I'll be wearing a long shirt just so I can try them out. Being Lego I could always alter the colours by adding extra 2x2 tiles on top too. In fact, the website suggests just that, and you can swap the colours around because the cufflink is only attached to the back brick.
What makes them extraordinary is that it was a "just because" present. What a great friend.
Hello wedding outfit…
They brokened. One of the cufflinks wasn’t soldered to the base Lego brick properly so I’ll need to get some metal glue and fix that up, after I sand down a well flat surface to make the join solid.
they are the coolest. plus, “just because” presents are the best presents ever. definitely an awesome friend you have there.
