Digital vs. real vs. dream

Last night I spent about 20 minutes looking for an email that I received from E*Trade when I registered. It had my account details with both them and the ANZ bank, and now that I’m looking at starting trading I wanted to get familiar with the system. But could I find it?

I searched high and low (that is, in all my mailbox folders) and it did not appear. I knew it was with another email about the transfer of my existing stock (of which I have none) to E*Trade. Then it dawned on me that it wasn’t an email I was looking for but rather a real letter. I found it in my “important” pile of papers.

I always lose my wallet around the house. This morning I was dreaming that Fitzy and I went to a 50 Cent concert (but he was a younger, thinner dude that played house music and literally moved to a house, played a few tracks then took his decks and vinyl and moved onto another house - go figure) and I lost my wallet. I spent most of the dream moving back and forward between houses and clubs trying to find my wallet, that I faintly remember hiding in a bin.

Firstly my digital life was getting confused with my real life, and then my real life was getting confused with my dream life.
