Subway, again
The rumours are true: Subway in East Perth is a 24hr store. It’s tucked away on the corner of Plain and Royal streets and is dishing up foot-long-goodness to the max.
I think she confused 1000 Island with mega hot and spicy sauces though. It was amusing driving along Wellington where they’re laying the new rail subway, when my destination was Subway.
Yay! A healthier alternative to late night Maccas. Although, Sth Perth Mc’s now start breakfast meny at 4am. Mmmmm, breakfast menu. We’ll see what happens with the reform to trading hours referendum next year, maybe everything will be 24 hrs soon?
Perth needs its trading hours fixed. Its retarded. In Sydney everything is open til midnight, and the Asda nearest me in London (Park Royal) is open 24 hours. Mind you, its quite busy at 9pm, unlike Perth which is a ghost town as soon as the sun goes down.
Actually there isn’t much difference in the food you buy at a Maccas breakfast to its equivalent when making it yourself at home.
The Bacon & Egg McMuffin is the same bacon, egg, english muffin, cheese, and butter you would use at home.
Although their normal day menu might be questionable I noticed they have some decent deli styled sandwiches now. Might give Subway a run for its money.
