Sony headphones getting bashed

MDRG57G_2.jpgI have a paif of Sony headphones (similar, but not exactly the same as those shown) that I bought for use with my laptop.

Until I get my metal case, they are getting bent around in my fabric laptop case. I was wondering, has anyone ever seen a hard-shell protective case for this style of headphones? I was thinking, something like the case you protect sunglasses with would make sense.

Withered? You're the Sony King... any ideas?

    I have the same pair.

I havent seen any case for these, I spose being that they are headphones, keep em on your head or around your neck.

    :)

or you may have to buy those bud ones cos they come with a plastic case to wind them back into.

I need something that’s relatively small, unlike an icecream container, so that I can fit in the laptop case.

Tupperware. I bet there’s a container the exact size and shape. And the bonus is it will be microwave and dishwasher safe :)

I have the Sennheiser PX100 you can buy them here or at Myer Megamart.

They have a case but I used it twice I think, too much hassle. The phones themselve fold completely into about 8″x2″x1″ so they are pretty flat.

Buy a single CD wallet that has a hard plastic case from Officeworks and remove the soft pages that you put the CD’s in. This should be around the right size. The site won’t let me link directly but its http://www.officeworks.com.au
and the product code is OWPZ7328PK

I think mine are the same as yours Richie - they fold in half, and then in half again. The problem’s not with size so much as it is with having them leant on my different weights, and bending the frames. They plastic is flexible, but already it’s not symmetrical anymore.

I bought $20 cheapies to use with the laptop. I don’t care if they get munched, I’ve stepped on them enough times as it is.
