Miranda

I have now switched all my instant messaging to Miranda. It's Open Source, and allows me to use a single instant messaging client across several protocls (including ICQ and MSN, which I what I use). I was prompted by Withered to get back on MSN, so here I am, kinda.

Big up to Hale and Jason for recommending Miranda; it looks promising so far.

    Good to see you’ve joined the winning team. Wow, this brings my Miranda converts total up to six!

    Just out of interest, there’s also a Yahoo IM plugin available on the site that isn’t part of the default installation. It’s still in development and will probably be included once it’s settled down a bit.
