Prime 1, PACC nil 5

It seems that PACC's webserver is down at the moment.

The Apache server has been going down up and down a bit recently, and spent an hour offline earlier today. Prime's uptime is not too bad, considering the last reboot was for the new kernel.

Archers strike back 1

I learnt that about 12 Archers Spri is what it takes to make me a drunk head. tonight I intend to challenge again.

Archers Spri 1

Archers (those alcoholics that brought us the Aqua range of premix drinks) have released their new line - Archers Spri. It's based around the same concept; alcoholic drinks that don't taste like they have any alcohol in them. These ones however are marketed with "less sugar - real refreshment" as the tag line. My bet is the main criticism they would have received for the Aqua line (which is available in peach, cranberry, lime, orange and apple) was that it was too sweet, and Spri was designed to combat this flaw.

As I'm a scientist, I decided to conduct an experiment - which flavour could make my tastebuds react in the most positive way?

Now, for my verdict (listed in order of consumption).

  • Wildberry. This tastes just like Ski yoghurt's wildberry, without the creamy texture. I think it's a good thing.

  • Peach. Like the Aqua peach, but about 50% less sugar, which is what the bottle claims.
  • Watermelon. I think it's more a generic-melon that watermelon, and Adam agrees.
  • Lemon. Delightful! Just like Gest lemonade, except this has alchohol included.

I grade them as lemon first, peach second, wildberry third and watermelon last. The lemon and peach will definately be on my drinking list.

Mozilla Firebird 0

I found a bug in Mozilla, that when I installed a theme, it stopped letting me visit lambie.org! Go figure. I'll report it to the development team, and see what they say.

Shaved pussy 0

I wouldn't call him a pussy - he looks like he wants to kick some ass! And yeah, I know the title's hardly original ;)
